The Houston Rockets have recalled guard Jermaine Taylor from their developmental league affiliate. The Rockets announced the move Thursday. They assigned the 6-foot-4 Taylor to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Jan. 28. He scored 30 and 32 points respectively in games against Albuquerque on Tuesday and Wednesday.
